Hand Wound Monday: Meat Grinder

Fiend reader, LJ, pointed me to this insane rotten post regarding a meat grinder accident:

"In arrangement with the paramedics present, the onduty fire brigade removed the meat grinder from the arm with an angle sander (while cooling with distilled water). There was no other way to remove it. You can clearly recognize the further injuries that resulted from this method in the final picture."
